Thank you for visiting CV Profection. (Please note that; I, We, and Us represents CV Profection). Please read carefully these terms and conditions before using this site.
Placing an order means that you agree with these terms and conditions.
In order to complete an order, we collect personal information such as name, postcode, contact details, email, phone number, linkden account, education, and employment etc.
We may arrange an email questionnaire to gather necessary information once an order has been placed.
No refunds will be given in the instance that an order has been placed, but you have failed to provide the necessary information; leading to the turn around time being impacted.
The turn around time will apply once all the necessary information has been collected, not from when an order has been placed.
Order timeline; Place an order - Send us your Current CV - if you do not have a current CV send us your email and let us know, we will send you a brief questionnaire to complete with all the necessary information - CV will be completed within 5 business days from receiving necessary information.
If it is anticipated that your order will fall outside the agreed turnaround time, we will discuss this with you.
We may refuse an order within 48 hours of you placing an order
The turn around time is 5 business days. However, a Fast track service of 48 is available at an extra cost.
All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice and CV Profection will not accept liability for this.
Should prices change after you have placed an order, then the price at the time of your order will apply.
We require full payment in order to provide our services.
Your CV will be delivered back in Microsoft word and pdf format.
Your Your CV will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of placing an order.
If a printed version is required this will be provided with additional costs.
Once you have received your order, we will give you 24 hours to advise us of any adjustments required.
After 24 hours we will assume your order is complete.
We will aim to complete any required adjustments as soon as possible, if you would like this service sooner please advise us and we will try to complete the changes sooner.
We guarantee to revise your CV until you are satisfied, for this reason we do not offer any refunds.
No guarantees can be made of securing a job. Unlike other companies, we cannot guarantee that you will get a job interview, but we guarantee you will have a quality CV.

We collect your names, last name, contact data and necessary data that you voluntarily provide depending on the choices you make and the products you order. Your personal information will not be sold, shared, or traded to any third parties

Although we do our best to protect your information, we are aware that unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet Internet is not completely secure. Hence we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to the site and any such transmission is at your own risk.
Your information will be kept for as long as necessary. Unless we are permitted by the law to keep your information for longer; we will delete or anonymise your personal data when there is no requirement to keep it.
